"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. "We had a really nice stay in Morzine. The apartment is perfectly situated near the periferique de nyon. The house is very comfortable, we stayed with a family of 5. Nitzan ( the host) was very helpful with our questions. We would like to come back!"

"The apartment itself is lovely. Very homely and comfortable. We are a family of 5 with 2 older teens and the accommodation provided good space for all. The owner communicated really well so we knew what would happen on our arrival. They had turned on the heating and this was lovely when arriving on a cold day and after a long drive ! Literally everything you could want or need for a positive stay. Lots of crockery and cookware - a washing machine and plenty of bedding. ! Can’t fault in any way...

"Amazing host, huge apt, very clean! Would definitely recommend for a group of 10-12 people. Only downsides: the 10 minute walk to the skilift has LOTS of stairs which is not ideal with ski boots, and the noise from the pub opposite the apt was loud during two consecutive nights for the 2 rooms at the side of the building."
