"Booking was straightforward on Expedia and I opted for this one (for a party of 3) because it was closer to my intended destination, equal in price comparison to Travelodge. The difference being that the accommodation had access to a kitchen and appeared to be presented well on paper. We booked for two nights. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply.
