Difficult to communicate with staff when only one member could speak english so had to wait until she was on duty to sort things out. Booking included a full continental breakfast this came down to two slices of toast and a cup of tea. Had a tv in room which did not work until late on day 2 of a 3 day stay. Room had aircon but took 2 days to find out it was controlled from reception so was set at 33 c for 2 days. In the bathroom there was a strong smell of drains also the shower heads were blocked and hence couldnt have a shower the soap dish looked as if it had never been cleaned and was caked in old soap and the cup for the toothbrush had a thick brown dried crust in the bottom. On returning from sightseeing had to wait 20 minutes in reception to obtain my room key even though a member of staff went past me 4 times. Bedding was very threadbare and the units looked very very dated and worn nothing like the photos that they show on the website. Would not stay here again.
