Good hotel, and nice rooms. Unfortunately we had to shift rooms as a lizard had managed to enter the room. Staff were friendly and nice

It was the room with the best air quality of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in India. This was critical to me since I arrived in India on a peak of my allergies. On top of that I found the hotel very charming, seeped in tradition, an oasis of clean, order and peace in a bustling city.

Airport pick up was a mess. Room cleanliness. And there was some drilling works going on during our stay that annoyed me as i could not sleep after a late flight. Staff were very friendly and accommodating though. So that made up for the shortfalls. Overall ok.
