We had to find this place fairly last minute after a travel miscommunication, and Alessio was helpful every step of the way. He met us right on time even though we had to arrive several hours after normal check-in. He was very kind and welcoming, and the room was lovely. The bed was beyond comfy, and the location was convenient for the train station and other things we wanted to see in Amsterdam.
