We arrived after long day of flight travel and was greeted by Catherine at the front desk - who was very kind and helpful to us. We are so grateful for her warm professionalism. Area was quiet, felt safe, and is walkable to downtown (30-40 minutes). Hotel and room were clean. Buffet breakfast (purchased) had a large variety of food and drink options & they even asked us about allergies in order to accommodate. Overall, a very good experience staying here. Thank you.

Gode senge Rigtig fin morgenmad Vi fik morgenmad før tid pga Amsterdam Maraton - det var lækkert Vouchers til forskellige udflugter Men til gengæld ENORM dårlig service vedr. P+R parkering til 6 EUR/døgn Receptionen ville rigtig gerne af med af da vi spurgte ind til dette tilbud. Det var ikke deres produkt og der var personale ude på parkeringsstedet som kunne hjælpe os. Fair nok det ikke er deres produkt - men når man tilbyder det ifm overnatning på deres hotel - så kan man vel med rimelighed forlange de kender til konceptet. Der var så ingen personale - helt som ventet - hvilket betød at regningen løb op i 28 EUR. Det syntes jeg er mega dårlig service.

This hotel is walkable to the main attractions if you don’t mind long walks. It’s a beautiful building and rooms are nice sized. We had a balcony which was lovely. Bikes were available to rent. Breakfasts were amazing with great variety.

Nossa experiência no hotel Chasse foi incrível desde a chegada! Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Catarine, muito atenciosa, conseguiu nosso check-in antes das 15:00 hs. O quarto era simplesmente maravilhoso, muito espaçoso e aconchegante, a cama tão confortável que teve um dia que dormimos até às 10 horas da manhã rsrs... Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã é excelente, bem diversificado e ainda contávamos com a ajuda da Elza, que fala português! A região onde o hotel fica também é bem bonita e tranquila, há um ônibus linha 18 a pouca distância do hotel que nos levava a estação central em 15 minutos, também há várias linhas de transporte público, que facilitou bastante nossa locomoção. Na gera, nossa experiência tanto neste hotel como em Amsterdam foi fantástica, voltaremos com certeza! 👍

We came to the Chasse Hotel as the hotel we originally booked failed to meet reasonable expectations - so much so that we checked out after just one night. The Chasse hotel staff and facilities were great! The room was very comfortable- spacious and clean with a proper king sized bed and a large and well appointed bathroom. The air conditioning was also very much so appreciated as it was plus 30 Celsius during our stay. We would happily stay at the Chasse again!
