The landscape areas around the property could be improved by doing better gardening work. The hotel itself is nice. The transportation system in Amsterdam is excellent which makes it convenient to get to many places in the city.

We arrived to Amsterdam from Copenhagen and noticed how much dirtier Amsterdam is. More graffiti and trash lining the streets. The area we stayed was overall cleaner and tidier than the other areas we walked. While there is lots of green spaces, city garbage bins are full and spilling out.

Happy with our stay

Had a great stay at this hotel. It's about a 20 minute bus to the centre so factor this in. Lovely cafe Villy round the corner and plenty of supermarkets. Open plan was a bit tricky and room could do with some TLC, sofa very uncomfortable and in need of repair and some nice cushions. Some parts of decor looking tired and worn.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the location, to its night staff. In a pinch, their night shift crew (Chris) was so kind and offered to get me flowers for my 21 anniversary, I mean who does that anymore? Love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who is ok to stay out of Amsterdam Center.

Fabulous!

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a wonderful stay at Cityden Bolo. The apartment was huge and was perfect for our needs. Supermarket nearby had everything we needed. Dinner in Lucia’s was amazing.

This was a great spot for our family of 4. It was nice to have the kitchen and there is a Dirk’s Market just a couple blocks away for supplies. My only complaint is that the elevator is in a vestibule and the door loudly banged closed at all hours of the night. Best fix is to ask for a room not close to the elevators.

It was a good to have an apartment and it was clean and everything worked well in the bathrooms and the kitchen, the view was lovely and it was quiet so nice to have so that the family could stay together, but it was a very strange layout with the bedrooms not having doors and being beds off a corridor which meant no privacy at all very bizarre layout. The staff were good but short on the ground, usually a wait to sort anything out at reception. The food in the restaurant/cafe on site was excellent and nice places to eat nearby. The lifts were a real problem only 2 and took ages at the best of times then in the morning being taken up by the cleaners for hours and being kept stopped at floors it took more than 20 mins to get up or down and with a pram we didn't have a choice. Location was good and easy to walk or tram everywhere we needed. Good but could be so much better with some basic changes.

We are a family of 6 adults including 2 elderly parents. Sleeping was very important to us during this family trip. The room is spacious with large dining table with 8 chairs, open kitchen space, bedding, pillows, and sheets are soft and comfy. It is conveniently located to grocery store “Dirk” Dirk has everything our family needs. We didn’t have to eat out at all. All cooking and eating was done inside our unit. The greenery and the small long river next to the property was a plus. It took us about 15 minutes Uber to explore the Amsterdam Red Light District. The only minor negative thing is, one light switch turns on/off the whole unit. Since the hallway bedrooms have no doors, this bothered the sleepers in the hallway bedrooms, particularly the one closest to the kitchen when someone needed a midnight snack. The kitchen and that one hallway bedroom should have their own light switches.
