We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. Checked in, no issues or complications. When we went to our room notice the shower in the middle of the room and no bed for the child! Went to discuss with management and was basically told we can’t have 3 in a room and would need to pay for another room.

This wonderful Hotel is good to reach by foot from Metro Station Holendrecht! Personal in Hotel are very friendly and helpful. Food in Restaurant was on 18 Floor. He is good and clean!

Amazing, but boiling.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

Lovely stay

My sister and I stayed here after a concert at the Ziggo Dome. It was a lovely hotel, great view (though marred by terrible weather, sadly), comfortable room, and we had a lovely breakfast too. The staff were very helpful, and as non-car drivers it was easy to get to and from by bus, though we took a (5-minute) taxi back from the Ziggo Dome after the concert. The only comment I would make is that you have to be very comfortable around the person you are sharing with, due to the shower being in the middle of the room!

Unique style of property and 15 minutes walk to the train or Metro into Amsterdam. Supposed to light up blue along with the surrounding balls but still waiting. Even when I asked the staff all I got was that they were supposed to come on!!! The little food you got in the sky restaurant was very expensive, so only tried it out once I’m afraid but it was lovely. Overlooking a Motorway, Building site/demolition and car sales garages.

I will not be staying at this hotel ever again hotel was far from Downtown and the rooms look good online but the beds are horrible 2 twin beds put together to make a king very uncomfortable the shower is extremely small and hard to shower in the furniture is very low quality Front desk staff was ok the staff at the bar weren’t very professional or attentive they took a very long time to come around and take our orders and then they will forget to put the orders in we stayed there 9 days and the only staff member that we were happy with was Sara at the bar.
