Very thin walls. Room next to us would wake us up most nights. Hotel is located right next to Dam square and easily walkable to other must see spots around Amsterdam.

The hotel is in the center. Very walkable to a center locations. I upgraded to my room with the view to the city with balkony, but unfortunately the balkony doors were not working. Instead we were offered a free wine/beer drinks in the hotel's cafe. If you decide to take a breakfast in the hotel, it was nice/clean and we are glad that we took the brakfast.

Loved our room, it was clean and spacious. They even let us check in WAY early for no charge! It was in a convenient location right near Dam Square. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was just ok. The room was clean and nice enough. This area of the city is loud at all times of the day and night. The room was "sound proofed" but we were awoken multiple times throughout our stay from construction, nightlife, and people in other rooms. The listing states there is a laundry facility, but the only option is very expensive dry cleaning. Expedia should remove this from the amenities list. The mattress was very uncomfortable and left us aching most days. The restaurant was mediocre and was the slowest and worst service we experienced during our trip. While the area was convenient for transit options, next time we would stay somewhere less busy.

The bed had hair in the sheets and the didn’t make the bed any day the just fix the comforter but one you remove it the sheets under were all wrinkled. The location is good but I rather stay further from the center in a clean hotel

I must let you know that on our trip out we gorhot ou pasdports in the safe at the hotel. The person at the front desk arranged for a taxi to drive to rotterdam and deliver our passports in such a quick and efficient manner. Thanks to her we were able to board our cruise in time. We are so grateful for her quick thinking and organization skills! The dining was amazing at the hotel as well as the persons making up our rooms. We appreciated being so close to everything at your hotel. Everything was easily accessed!

Really conveniently located hotel. Just a short walk from Central Station. The staff were lovely and the room was very quiet for being in the city centre. The only thing I’d suggest for the hotel improvement would be the showers. The floors in there are extremely slippery and I’m not someone with mobility issues. Also the provided shower products need a lift, only providing all in one body wash, shampoo and conditioner isn’t great.

Five star service by the staff. We stayed 10 nights incl breakfast and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The reception was excellent, beautiful Anna was professional, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet included all the necessities. The restaurant staff were professional, a warm hello to George. The cleaning crew took care of our room without ever waiting for us to request it. Every member of the staff always greeted us with a smile. The property is ideally located near all types of transportation, central station, and several major tourist attractions so do not expect to hear a pin drop. The restaurant menu offers a great variety for a very fair price.

Great staff. Bag drop-off is a very convenient option. Using the lockers to pick up and drop off was easy. Fantastic servers at the restaurant. Room has everything you need including air conditioning and a fridge. Location is great. Right at Dam Square. The canals are close. The café and the restaurants are all down the street.

There were no amenities in the room such as shampoo, conditioner, or water. The sheets looked as though they were slept in and not changed yet. The shower has no closure and the bathroom is very small so water gets everywhere. The staff were very kind and helpful. The AC worked perfectly and was not loud.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is very central, Dam Square is literally a minute’s walk away from the hotel. There’s a big supermarket close by, from where you can get good quality food. On the downside, the hotel didn’t feel like 4 star at all. This was my third time to Amsterdam and this hotel was probably the most basic one so far! The room was really small. We booked a room with double bed, but what we got was two single beds pushed together. The room was provided with very basic supplies. The used coffee mugs weren’t washed. Bathroom was so tiny and the small shower area only had a curtain and it was really awkward to take a shower as the water could easily spread around the whole bathroom. The storage was very limited.
