Gorgeous hotel, perfect location with tram stops as close as a 3 minute walk away. We were here for a birthday celebration and the staff were kind enough to decorate the room with balloons and give us a drinks token which was such a lovely touch! Will definitely be returning!

The staff were kind and, overall, the property is pretty and clean. The bartender gave us a great recommendation one night for Cafe Krull, which really suited our vibe. However, we found quite a few things missing in the details. The bed didn’t have a proper fitted sheet on it, so the mattress was always exposed. The pillows were clumpy and mattress very firm/uncomfortable. Housekeeping seemed to do a basic job of cleaning the room, without any real tidying. They left our empty coffee mugs out, for example. I always find it upsetting when you don’t get comp water in the room. And the only takeaway coffee options onsite were to pay for a reusable cup or carry mugs to your room. The machine in the room didn’t make a nice coffee. Finally, there were no mirrors placed near a plug. Therefore, when doing my hair I had to use my small compact mirror - no fun.

Amazing location-great patio vibe fir drinks, breakfast is lovely and surrounding park is peaceful! The building has a lot of history and the rooms are well appointed. Great value and make sure to rent bikes!

Room was very clean, but our bed was on the mezzanine. This is normally not an issue, but I would like to warn older less mobile guests, that the staircase towards the bedroom is steep and small. Bathroom was very modern and clean, but the toilet isn't separate. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located on the edge of central Amsterdam but with a Tram stop across the road it made all site seeing and activities easily accessible. The room we stayed in was modern and well-kept and the laundry was changed daily.

Hotel is going through renovations and currently only one lift works. Given we were on the third floor it was rather inconvenient to get around the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful for checking in and out. The rooms are ok. Nothing special so would not book a delux next time as it was not what we expected to get. Other than that it was a lovely place and very ideal spot PSA. They only clean rooms every 3 days if you remember to put out the door sign

Love that this hotel had a park setting very quiet in a nice area little restaurants around that you could walk to for breakfast or dinner. The hotel restaurant was nice as well. They make a great limoncello spritz that we enjoyed would definitely recommend to stay here.
