This hotel was ideal for what we needed. Rooms were nice, clean and maintained. All staff that we encountered were happy to help and polite. Metro its just around the corner from the hotel so it was only 20 mins to the center. There was road works happing outside the hotel but we never heard them. We did have some noisy neighbours the first night but other than that its nice quiet hotel.

Hotel is in a good location and hotel staff were great. Reasons I didn’t give 5 stars -fridge had strands of blonde hair in it and it had red goop in it. -parking is €25 a day (approximately $30 US). Seems like the hotel is trying to double charge you if you stay there. My last day I was parked for less than 12 hours and still had to pay full price.

Good value for money. It was clean, simple check in etc. We had a 4 bedroom (single beds). It was enough space for us with 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 10). The breakfast is also nice with a wide selection (much better than many hotels in the near). About 5min walk to subway and then line 54 straight to the city center. No dinner or lunch restaurant in the hotel, but you have many options at Bijmer Arena 10min walk away or at IKEA 5min walk away.

My family of three really enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds. Finding this size when visiting European cities was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. The staff was amazing and even gave us public transportation advice and city center recommendations. We drove into Amsterdam and parked (€20 per night) our car there at the hotel allowing us to avoid finding city parking

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. And we highly recommend renting bikes from the hotel and biking in to central Amsterdam -- it's a lovely ride!
