Die Lage war gut, aber der Rest war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, Fenster total dreckig. Obwohl ich ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht habe, waren Badezimmer und Schlafraum furchtbar klein. Zu zweit eine absolute Zumutung. Reinigungspersonal kam trotz Schild an der Tür einfach ins Zimmer. Ohne zu klopfen. Es war alles in allem sehr laut.

Cute hotel in a very convenient location - very easy to get into the city centre by foot. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Reception staff were delightful. Only issue we found was the room was very cold and we couldn’t adjust the temperature to make it warmer.

The room was very spacious for Amsterdam hotels. Everything was clean. The location was in a great area close to the museums. Also close to lots of restaurants and bars and the tram stations. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

本当に素敵な宿でした。 今回1人で利用したのですが、スタッフが気さくに話しかけてくれました。 部屋も綺麗でよかったです。多少意見があるとすれば壁が薄いことくらいですが、これはどこも似たような形だと思うのであまり気にしていませんでした。 今回朝食はつけなかったので、そちらの味はわかりません。 ちなみに今回全く清掃をお願いしないでいたのですが、3日目には必ず清掃が入る仕組みだったみたいで(よく読んだら書いてありました)すごいビックリしたので皆様気をつけてください笑 次回もまた利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

A small, charming hotel in a beautifully renovated traditional Dutch building. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was welcoming. The location was excellent, with trams providing easy access across Amsterdam, and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby. The only drawback was the heating. We stayed in late December and, despite turning it up, the room did not warm beyond 19°C. Although the room and bedding were clean, there were a few stains on the sheets that did not come out in the wash. Even with these minor issues, it remained a very lovely hotel.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room though small had a comfy bed, was super clean and had a nice modern bathroom. Air con was a bit suspect but there was a helpful electric heater which kept the room nice and warm. Altogether excellent value.
