The location is excellent and the staff is so kind. There is an excellent restaurant and an award winning bar on site. The tram passes right in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is charming. You have everything at your doorstep; good restaurants, elegant shops, the canals. The room we had was simple but adequate. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We had a walk in shower and the hotel is handicap accessible. If you are going to Amsterdam, you must stay here.

This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to Amsterdam. Location wise it’s perfect - a short walk from Centraal station and right in the middle of the shops. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We asked for a room change because we wanted a walk in shower and it was arranged with zero fuss. Looking forward to my next stay.
