The room was clean, large and well appointed with everything we may have needed. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and in a great location. The bed was very firm and we found it to be quite cold in the room. We had the heater turned up but it never got above about 65°F. Our room was not available until almost 4 pm which, after 24 hours of travel, was a little frustrating. The staff was warm and welcoming each time we saw them.

We had an incredible stay at a most wonderful hotel in the center town close to everything! NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market offers bigger rooms than average Amsterdam hotels at a fair price and ours had not one, but two balconies to appreciate the city and canal views!. The staff were super friendly and so attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the daily complimentary water and free drinks in exchange for forgoing room cleaning. Amazing experience. This was my second time at this great hotel, in a very cozy bedroom with a balcony over Amsterdam. The service is perfect, everybody aletas available to help. Delicious breakfast, great amenities, confortable bed…One of the best choices in the city, great value for what we pay.
