Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great neighbourhood and is an easy walk to Muiderpoort station which is only around a 4 minute train journey to Amsterdam Central station. I would definitely recommend a stay a Q-Factory Hotel.

Really good vibes. Kinda "rustic" and a little run down looking, but it kinda went with the chill vibe. Clean, cafe was nice, there was always some type of event happening, but it didnt disrupt us. Definitely would stay here again

Great hotel

Bed was very comfortable and room had plenty of space for 2 people. Room had a mini fridge and a small safe. A desk and clothes storage. Nearby enough to Muiderspoort trams and trains for travel.

A well placed hotel that could have been better.

The position and facilities of the hotel were good. Nice bar, open space, good connections to transport links. The look and decor was brilliant. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. The room size and facilities were fine except no cooling/air conditioning. The room was incredibly hot (it was 30c during the day, and the window opened only a few centimetres. A fan would have been good as we couldn't close the window at night, due to heat but street noise and mosquitos were bad. We didn't really sleep- this spoiled the trip.

Nice hotel

Lovely stay. Hotel is not exactly near the main areas so had to get a tram in but this was easy enough. Room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the big bath. Rooms don’t have a hairdryer despite saying they do, so recommend you take your own. Would stay again

Excellent place for us to stay at. Room was cute and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was too dark. Lift also wasn’t working so had to lug our heavy suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Housekeeping was done every day! Great place to stay for the price point.

The hotel staff was great the entire time. The room was a bit minimalist, so if you like an industrial look, this would be great for you. The location is in a small shopping area, not far from a train stop. If you are looking to be further away from the tourists in city center, this is a great place for you. it is a quick bike ride or trolly ride to anywhere you may want to go.

The staff at check in was amazing, I want to thank personally Oman, the receptionist, who was incredible and so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very rustic, not dirty but very industrial. A lot of people were always crowded outside and it is a little far from the center of the city but there is a lot of transportation nearby (tram/bus). Maybe better for a younger crowd but if you're older this is not the place for you.

Overall good for a base whilst sightseeing

Was really clean and warm despite part of the hotel looking like a construction site (not sure if this was aesthetic or not). The room was very minimal/warehouse aesthetic. Quick and easy to get on local transport into the city. Only downside was that you could hear people walking (heavily!!) around quite clearly in the adjoining rooms. However, when there was a gig downstairs, we wouldn’t have even known because we didn’t hear it.

Some of the staff was super slow, especially in the evening. The shower of my room smelled badly of drain, and I had to pour water through it several times per day to keep down the bad smell. Breakfast was very good, but you should consider making regular coffee available at a self-served machine so we don't have to wait for the waiter to prepare coffees.

Never ever been to a hotel like this . When we orded we got a nice picture of a nice room .look wath we ended up with ! Waitet 25 minutrs for a key . 2 eleveaters to get to the room. And not and automatic one no no , have to press button and hold . Never never again .noth a clean room

Disappointing

While the hotel appears funky this does not detract from the reality that it is very basic, there is limited noise insulation so you hear everything from your adjacent rooms. There are no cups/ glasses never mind tea/coffee facilities in the room. Some rooms are a long way from reception and when you get there the beds are not very comfortable.

Visited with friends for 2 nights! Problem at checkin due to being charged extra tax which took sometime for reception to sort, the rooms not easy to get to, hotel is very basic with a strange smell in all areas, bed was comfy In our room but friends disagree with theirs as the doubles were 2 singles pushed together! The bar had very little selection of spirits available but we did receive a complimentary coffee on the morning of departure! One of our rooms had condom wrappers under the bed so obvious not been cleaned thoroughly, we had towels changed but they never removed rubbish! Hotel is easy for transport links into central station area.
