Really nice area close to both the Metro, buses, and great walkable restaurants. The property itself is so nice and modern, well furnished, and has a friendly staff! The apartments themselves are quiet around a peaceful courtyard. Would stay there again!

Great place with your fully equipped kitchen.

Very well kept and clean. Has a sauna you can book privately, which is vey very nice. We love the location and always stay at the July when in Amsterdam. The kitchen is very well stocked, much better than many hous rentals we’ve had elsewhere. Bikes for rent could be in better shape!

The July Twenty Eight was a great place. Easy to get closer to the centre either by walking or transit. Nice neighborhood. Groceries very close. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely hotel suite had everything needed.

Perfect getaway

I loved this hotel. Our kitchen was well stocked, the decor was tasteful, and I loved the private sauna experience. I'd happily stay here anytime I'm in Amsterdam. It was away from the crowded areas, but right next to the trampoline stop
