The online check in process was fantastic. We were glad to get into our room earlier than the standard check in time. The design of the room was stylish and modern. Sadly though, the upkeep of the room was not good. There were so many scuffs on the walls, a stain on the sofa, dust on table legs etc. The place needs some TLC! Additionally, the shower needs a door! The bathroom was covered in water at the end of a shower. Lastly, more lockers are needed; we almost did not get a locket on the day we checked out. I imagine many others were unsuccessful in getting a locker. In terms of value overall, it was good but the poor upkeep of the room left a bad taste.

A great location with easy walking and public transport. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, all for the very reasonable price. The entire booking process and room allocation is done electronically, incld an electronic key via the app. Very efficient

The property did not have air conditioning and the windows were unable to open more than a small crack. This led to the room being very hot compared to the outside. Very glad we weren’t here during the heatwave. The bathroom had no extractor fan or windows so that did not help with the heat of the room. Location was as expected & the public transport very good to get into Central quickly.

Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here!

Tommy was exactly as described. All the facilities you need, coffee machine and coffee, kettle and tea, caffeinated and herbal, milk and non dairy milk. Dishwasher and tabs. Comfy bed. Supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent vegetarian restaurant Spirit, great pizza at the pizza project, delicious waffle at heart garden. Excellent vegan and vegetarian options so close by!

Great accomodation, Ideal location about 20 minutes walk to the center or the 22 bus is outside the door in and out of the city. Very comfy for 4 people with the pull out bed and bed upstairs. Fully functioning kitchen too

Didn’t have hot water for a day, sky lights leaked when it was raining and our studio lacked a place to sit other than the bed and a dining chair. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced because it spews water all about the bathroom. Everything else was good.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The only thing we notes is a wet dog smell in the hallway's on the 2nd flood where our room was. There is lockers available if you arrive before check-in time and we appreciated that. The staff was friendly. We were not disappointed with our stay ad would recommend it to a friend.
