Exceeded my expectations

Exceeded my expectations. Large, clean and comfortable family room, very comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Lady at the breakfast room was super friendly. Very kid-friendly and pet-friendly place, with tables outside and a playground for kids. 100% recommended!!

Leckeres Essen garantiert - einfach gute Unterkunf

Wie erwartet ein einfaches Hotel, sauber mit guten Betten und einem recht reichhaltigen Frühstück. Auch fpr das Abendessen war aehr gut gesorgt. Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes und nostalgisches Ambiente allgemein. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, mit riesen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen in der integrierten Gaststätte war gervorragen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, da wir wuf Durchreise waren. Frühstück ist mit offenem Buffet und beinhaltet das standard was man so kennt. Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Außerhalb der Stadt, gut mit Abstrichen

Zimmer gemütlich und nett eingerichtet; Bad hat sehr unangenehm gerochen und es herrscht definitiv ein Renovierungsstau. Aber Gaststube gut und Service insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Mitten im Erzgebirge liegt dieser Gasthof der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war mit inbegriffen und für uns ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt....

Pobyt, który nie doszedł do skutku

Po raz pierwszy i po raz ostatni skorzystałam z Waszego portalu !!!! W związku z tym iż bardzo dużo podróżujemy, byłam niemile zaskoczona wręcz oburzona postawą obsługi hotelu. Dotarliśmy na miejsce o 22,40 z powodu cięzkich warunków drogowych w tym dniu.( 11 styczen, proszę sprawdzic, mieliśmy dwa korki po drodze, wypadek po polskiej stronie i koniecznośc zjazdu z autostrady i korek po stronie niemieckiej) Z domofonu usłyszeliśmy nieprzyjemny głos chyba właściciela,że jest 23cia, że są telefony. Nie pomogły grzeczne prośby aby pozwolił nam skorzystać z noclegu, że przejechaliśmy 700 km i nie słuchał żadnych tłumaczeń powodów naszego opóżnienia. Na stronie hotels com nie ma żadnego telefonu do obiektu. Poza tym dobra praktyka z którą się spotkałam na innych portalach, to telefon od właściciela o której godzinie dotrzemyw takich wypadkach. Jest oczywiście zapis w zasadach działania obiektu ,że musimy dotrzeć do 20.00 i tak też się staraliśmy uczynić, opóżnienie to nie było jednak do przewidzenia. Kończąc wypowiedź: nie polecam, wręcz odradzam, opinia niestesty przełoży się na cały portal hotels com. Ja już nigdy nie skorzystam z żadnej oferty po takim doświadczeniu. A ten kontrachent- ZUR Linde przynosi Wam ujmę.

Gut, aber leider kein Internetzugang

Hat mir super gefallen, sauber und freundschaftlich. Allein die Tatsache, dass kein Internetzugang möglich war, war negativ - es wurde jedoch versprochen, dass es diesen ab 2019 gibt.
