Every staff member—from the front desk to the spa therapists and dining team—was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Always smiling, always acknowledging, they made me feel seen and valued throughout my stay. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and made with locally sourced ingredients. It’s something I deeply appreciate and wholeheartedly support. Every bite reflected care and quality. I treated myself to two long massages, and both were among the best I’ve ever had—expertly delivered in an immaculate, peaceful space. The spa staff had a true gift for healing and relaxation. Leaving this place was bittersweet. It was more than a vacation—it was a soul-refreshing experience. I’ll carry the memories with me, and without question, I know exactly where I’ll return when I need to feel grounded, cared for, and inspired again."

"This is a resort quality lodging that is right on the beach. It is vast complex the includes a movie they're. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Stay includes a sizeable buffet breakfast that has Asian as well as western food. The pool is huge and by the beach. The private beach is never crowded with fairly calm waters. Overall experience was great"

"Place was beautiful. Lisa at the front desk made our stay amazing. They were hosting a triathlon and our room was right in the middle of it all, not at all relaxing. Lisa moved us to a quiet location and we couldn’t have been happier. Even with the event going we didn’t feel the crowd at all. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The beach was beautiful. "

"Really lovely hotel close to Da Nang. The hotel had a stretch of very clean private beach and big swimming pools. We loved our room which had a sea view and massive bed. The breakfast was incredible, I am coeliac and the staff made sure I know what was gluten free and even brought me gluten free pancakes. Very easy to get a grab into Da Nang for more dinner options too!"

"One of the most amazing resorts I have ever stayed at in the world. I’ve been to many places before but the people and the hotel are beyond extraordinary. I will be definitely staying here next time I return to Da Nang and I will be looking at other areas that Fusion resort has. The breakfast was included and it was amazing. I have stayed at other resort where food was included but I ended up eating somewhere else but here no it was beyond my expectations. I cannot say enough how amazing my stay was. If I could give 10 stars I would! "
