"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"I loved staying at Hostel Casa Azul! I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the staff were very kind. Everything was clean and very organized. I would recommend it for anyone. "

"Reservei quarto privado com banheiro ... pois costumo ir no banheiro madrugada. Chegando la era quarto banheiro fora do quarto no qual precisava levar todas as coisas p banho...precisava trancar o quarto todas as vezes pois porta nao fechava sem trancar... o problema é oferecer algo que nao é combinado eu sabia q era hostel... porem estavam oferecendo quarto privativo com banheiro privativo !!!! "

"Um dos PIORES locais em que estive em toda a minha vida. Reservei uma suíte e tentaram me colocar em um quarto sem banheiro privativo q nem colcha na cama tinha, com janelas quebradas, imundo e cheio de tralhas no corredor. A limpeza do local é algo q nem em hotel de beira de estrada eu havia presenciado. Os banheiros compartilhados passam a sensação de que vc está em um filme de zumbi. A limpeza de todo o local é precária como um todo. Só permaneci pq depois de me acalmar um pouco e reclamar,...
