"チェックインよりもかなり前に到着してしまいました。 私はイタリア語も英語もほとんど出来ません。 しかし若い女性スタッフが、チェックインは出来ないが荷物を預かる。と、気持ち良く対応してくれました。 青の洞窟へ行きたかったのでこのホテルにしましたが、バス乗り場までの行き方（徒歩5分程度）や、バスの時間も丁寧に教えてくれました。 夜いた男性スタッフはオススメのレストランを紹介してくれました。本当に美味しかったです。 気になった点は、夜ホテルに戻ると隣の住宅の犬が吠え出し近隣の犬まで吠え出すので少しうるさかったです。 部屋の外に出る時に鍵が開かずに出れませんでしたが、窓の外でたまたま掃除をしていたスタッフさんに、鍵を2回回すんだと教えてもらいました。（チェックインの時に教えて欲しかったです） シャワーの勢いが弱かったのと、朝食がイマイチでした。 ホテルに着くまでに石畳みが多いとありますが、近隣に住む老人夫婦も同じ条件ですし、40代までの成人でしたら全く問題なく到着できると思います。 総合的には、立地、金額、スタッフの対応共に凄く良いので、また利用したいと思います。"

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
