New on the rental market is this fully remodeled condo unit located in the Parks Place building! If you're looking for a turn-key rental, look no further!

This unit features an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. There's 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.

KITCHEN
-All new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher)
-New smaller appliances (Instant Pot, coffee maker, toaster)
-Pots & pans, baking dishes, silverware, cooking & serving utensils, Tupperware, colander, cutting boards, knife set, dishes, cups & mugs.
-A starter amount of trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc will be provided.

DINING AREA
-There's seating for 2 at the kitchen island. There is a smaller table with 3 stools for additional seating.

LIVING ROOM
-Large sectional for plenty of seating
-Smart TV
-Electric fireplace for added ambiance

BEDROOMS
-Both bedrooms have a queen bed with a comfortable mattress and linens.
-Light filtering shades.
-Each bedroom has a closet & dresser for storage
-Individual temperature control so you're able to set each bedroom to a different comfort level

BATHROOM
-1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo
-Starter amount of toilet paper & hand soap is provided

LAUNDRY
-Brand new washer and dryer are included in the unit

BUILDING
-The Park Place building has an elevator that makes moving in or unloading groceries a breeze
-The exterior doors to the building remain locked and are accessible with a door code

Excellent and comfortable property

This is a very clean and up to date property with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property manager was wonderful to work with.
