"The location was very close to Disney, which was good. Unfortunately the room wasn't clean (hair on the floor in the bathroom, floor not clean in the corners and under the desk by the TV). I asked for an extra blanket and they said there were none. I saw another guest ask for more towels (there is a sign in the room that says they only clean every other day but if you need more towels just request in the lobby) but they said they didn't have any and gave her washcloths and hand towels only) The bed and pillows were comfortable."

"Clean and comfortable room. The on-site restaurant had a lot of food options (though very little gluten-free). Breakfast was great with a number of options (regular and gluten-free). Helpful staff. The stairs in the room to the sitting area had led lights that we could not turn off, but there were curtains to pull to block off that area, so most of the light was contained to the sitting area (which worked fine for our little travelers)."

"The rooms and grounds were clean and the staff was always friendly. This is our second stay here and we've decided after this trip that this is our forever hotel for Disney trips. We had put in a request over the phone to be placed near our traveling party and not only did they accommodate, but we received an upgrade as well. We finally tried the water park and our kiddo had a blast. This is the ultimate hotel for our family for our needs."
