Great location/perfect for large group

This house was the perfect location for Disneyland & universal studios. We had a total of 9 people & it was so comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub & really enjoyed our stay. We will be staying again.

Nice and also convenient

The property was very nice and spacious. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were great. The house was very clean and easy to find in a very quiet neighborhood. The drive to Mickey and Friends parking lot at Disneyland was very convenient and took 2 minutes to get to from the house.

Nice Family accommodations for Disneyland and DCA trips

Property was comfortable and clean, well suited for families of up to 12. Galley kitchen works well and the 2 washer and dryer sets is a bonus. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi after many miles at Disneyland. The neighborhood is in a nice location with easy access to the Disneyland Parks.

Great stay close to Disney

This was such an easy Disney vacation stay. It’s a big house with plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed (3 kids mom dad and both sets of grandparents. It was super helpful having 3 bathrooms to get ready in the mornings and the kids loved the kid (bunk bed room). We were minutes from the park(we did have rental cars and parked on property each day as it was to far for us to walk after full park days. Communication was quick and easy with our host. Overall we would totally stay here again for a Disney trip!

This house is in a good neighborhood close to Disneyland. It's very clean and with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for a large family or for multiples to share the space. The host is generous with towels and linens and plenty of kitchen appliancesñ

Great location. Good value.

The property is a bit dated, but a good value for the cost. Plenty of space to spread out. Walkable to Disney if you feel inclined, only 1/2 a mile or so to the Pixar parking garage. The house was just what we needed for our SoCal vacation.

Great Location

Great location, plenty of room for 2-3 families. Our biggest concern was the dog (next door) that barked all night long for 2 of our 3 nights. MANY did not sleep, which is not ideal when you are spending long days at the Amusement Parks. When I shared this with the owner, no response was given.

Overall though the house was good. It is a bit older but in good shape. Beds comfy, lots of supplies in the house, nice furniture, great location. The one complaint would be the bathrooms. They need a good clean and a bit of maintenance. Otherwise the house worked good for our group.

just what we needed

my partner and i stayed here while we had three days at disney and the house was a great home base. getting a lyft to disney was very cheap from this residence, and the hot tub was perfect for the achey feet and muscles at the end of a long day

Comfortable home in great location for Disney parks visit

Location was really excellent. Close enough to the Disney parks that it was easy to drive or take a rideshare. Well positioned geographically so you're never fighting traffic. Easy to get to grocery stores and other restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was nice, and house is away from major roads, so it's quiet. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Great experience with property and very close to park. Uber ride was only $6 and you can probably walk fairly quickly to the parking structures where you can then get on tram. Will be going back :)

Lovely house and well kept yard

We enjoyed our stay at Beacon House. It is a quick drive to the parking structure, but not walkable for our party. The yard is immaculate and the inside was clean and well maintained. The host was considerate and helpful.

Older house but neat and roomy. We were 3 adults and 3 kids....each adult had their own bedroom and large room with 3 sets of bunk beds for kids. Hot tub was great. Lots of parking. Great house for crashing at the end of a busy day at Disney Parks. Great response from owner on any questions we had.

This was the perfect spot for my family and I to celebrate my birthday and my graduation. It was conveniently located to everything and seeing the fireworks nightly made me feel like they were specially shot for my celebrations.

Amazing Property for a Disney or Beach Vacation

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay. Vincent was a wonderful communicator and was available at all times for us. The check in process was easy and the property was incredibly clean. There was plenty of room to enjoy time with family, and also have your own space. This is a perfect rental option for a Disney vacation or beach vacation. If/ when we come back, I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Vincent for the amazing hospitality!

Location Location Location!!

This home is crazy close to Disneyland!! It also has plenty of beds to cover all your family and/or friends!! There is a jacuzzi in the back yard that is a perfect way to relax after a long day at Disneyland!! We had an absolute blast and the communication was so easy and fast with the landlord!!
