The front desk and maintenance staff were delightful, upbeat, and pleasant! Housekeeping is limited. This may have led to a funk in our room, limiting our comfort and desire to stay on site. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms we've stayed have been great too; big, clean, comfortable for me. My husband has a bad back so he thinks the beds are too soft. The best is the walking distance to Disneyland. Literally across the street so less than 5 min.

They told us to keep the noise down, as there had been a complaint about us, but we were not even at the hotel, as we were still at Disney for the whole day. The shower had no water, so we were also unable to shower.
