The room was clean as was the premises. The staff treated you like you were as important to them as the richest people ever (we're NOT rich, at all). The breakfast was top notch! The hot tub was operational and the perfect temperature. There must have been winds the earlier in the day or the day before as there were plant 'floaties' in the pool! Life happens!

Staff was very responsive and pleasant to requests. Lots of good hot coffee in the breakfast room. The property location is very convenient to the 91 fwy and a good strip mall, but makes for road noise. The elevators are rather slow and are used by the housekeeping service with large carts, as well as guests. Better for me to take the stairs anyway!

The bed was the softest bed I've ever slept on. Felt like it should have been replaced 10 years ago. My check-in time was 3pm. I showed up at 4pm and was told my room wasn't ready yet.

My husband is disabled so we requested a handicap accessible room. The room we were assigned had a whirlpool tub with a drain stopper that didn't work. No problem since he couldn't use the whirlpools but stepping over the tub side was difficult for him. Handicap accessibility is better achieved with a walk-in shower. The tub did have grab bars which helped.

We were here for three nights and we had a good stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Yolanda in the breakfast room. She runs that place very well, everything is stocked and clean. But I will say our room could use some updating. It was clean and had everything we needed but was dark and had old carpeting. But for the price we paid we felt it was great!
