Our stay at Hyatt House was great. The location made it very easy to walk to Disney, the buffet breakfast was good and the room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and quiet. The black out curtains and air conditioning also helped us get a great sleep each night. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We take one vacation a year as a family and this hotel is our favorite! We stay here every year! The family suite is wonderful and we love that each of the kids have their own bed and space to rest and recharge! The staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful!

The location is wonderful, their complimentary breakfast has a great variety of options. The only negative comment I have is that the receptionist that helped us during our check in was not the friendliest but I did see that the other two receptionists were.

Great location. Free breakfast with helpful staff trying to keep up fresh food around 9am during weekday (in the summer). Strong AC which is great for hot summer day. Has underground parking $40/ day. Many restaurants and eateries in walking distance. Only complaint is shower pressure is quite low.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds and the extra large bathroom was a bonus! The kitchen fully stocked with everything needed as well. Location to Disneyland very convenient and breakfast was well stocked. Definitely will stay again.

Everything you would expect the name Hyatt to be. This is a nice home away from home, convenient, a small useful kitchen if you decide to cook, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, very clean inside, elevator elevators were reasonably quick, parking was convenient, although catty corner from Disneyland - about a 17-20 brisk walk, restaurants everywhere (cheap eats and nice restaurants). This place will be my next stay when I'm in town

We liked the location, close to great restaurants, walking distance from the parks and a nice and new hotel. The family room was a great set up for a family of 5, but there’s no sitting area to have a proper meal. Breakfast was really good and convenient. We disliked room service, we stayed 4 nights and only got our room poorly cleaned once. They didn’t sweep the floors, they just changed towels and made the larger bed and left folded bed sheets for the other beds. any food crumbs stayed or were wiped to the corners, spills weren’t cleaned, nothing wiped. Cups and glasses never replaced. I was disappointed with the service, I didn’t have any cleaning supplies to do it myself so we had to manage it as we could.

I really enjoyed my stay so I could spend a few days at Disneyland. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The lobby was full of great seats and not crowded. The staff were friendly and welcoming and Carlos made me feel at home, especially on the last day when I had to wait in the lobby for my ride to the airport.
