Friendly staff, good guestroom, clean & unique. Had a good stay in the Sonesta ES Suites hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive. Especially the font desk staff, Jenny, you are an amazing employee. The room cleanliness is worth mentioning. We did a 3 day 2 night stay with an early check in. 2 queens, I pullout couch, and a king. 2 burner electric stove , full size fridge and dishes. We usually check the bed before to make sure they were cleaned, and we didn’t find out until bedtime that the bedding was dirty. Really disappointing. We called down and told the front desk they sent clean linens right away and the next day sent someone while we were out to re clean the whole room. Pam at the front desk was amazing. She made sure to take care of the problem and rectify the situation. She was lovely the whole time of our stay. They have great breakfast choices and a lovely dinning area. The pool was perfect with a depth of 5ft hot tub 3 1/2 ft deep. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend this for large family we are a group of 8 so this was perfect for us. Just always check your sheets and bedding when arriving at any hotel 😀
