"As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage. The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station. "

"The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. The room key needed to be returned every time when leaving the hotel, though the reception was open 24/7 and the staff was pleasant, so this did not lead to delays. A photocopy of ID document was taken upon arrival, not sure why this was needed. Overall, I recommend this hotel for stays in Nicosia. "

"The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."
