"There are so many things to do around the hotel, bowling, darts, cinema and even an aquarium, unfortunately that’s all that is good about the hotel, the rooms are small, slightly dirty, old fashioned and don’t have much in the room, if I was paying around £50 a night I would not complain but over £130 a night it really is poor."

"Perfect stay. Free daily bottled water. Bar & restaurant were not free and had early hours for opening & closing. But it wasn’t expensive. In US dollars, I had breakfast (buffet style) once, dinner once, and a good time at the bar one evening (that’s my business) & it totaled to $80 added to my bill. Convenience to the train, convenience stores that were 24 hours, and good walkability. This particular district isn’t touristy, it’s pretty local. However, I prefer not to stay in crowded touristy areas, just visit and come back to quiet sanity. This location offered that. If taking the train into the more tourist areas, it’s about a 45 min ride. But everyone takes the train. Good and bad thing, good bc it’s pretty simple after a few hours of trial & error. Can be bad bc it gets crowded during the weekday hours. But great for ppl watching & being in the mix. Definitely read up on train mannerisms. All in all, it’s simple enough and convenient. Ride shares like uber and taxi are prevalent, but can be expensive. Like $50 and up expensive to one location. Worth it for party nights since the train does stop running around 10pm (check the time). The food offered at the hotel was tasty. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. That’s an airport shuttle but it has funny times. Ride share to the airport ~$15. Gym is small but decent. Rooms were small but smartly curated. Spend for a superior with the bathtub if you can! It was very restorative after long days of city trekking. Good!"

"Convenient walk from Haneda in terminal. Check-in was all by kiosk. Minimal staff. Room was small. No luggage rack. Lights were all or nothing. Breakfast buffet was good once you found it."

"Old hotel, bathroom was moldy and tight. The room is super tiny. If you are looking for just a room to sleep only, it can work. If you think you are going to fit 4 people even kids in a room of 4, you will be disappointed. Close to the train but not worth it."

"Though check-in and check-out is self-serve, staff welcomes you on arrival and stays nearby to support you as needed. I had luggage delivered to the hotel, and before I asked for it, they were confirming with me and went to retrieve it. On that note, they were also able to store my luggage for the day after my checkout so I may continue exploring the area before departing the city. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was ideal for the last leg of my trip as there are many spots I could visit nearby within walking distance or short transit trip before departing. I highly recommend reserving the airport limousine bus to go to the airport. Pickup to go to Disneyland/Disney Sea was also very straightforward and sooo handy if visiting any of those theme parks are in your plans. "

"There are no shops near by it is very isolated providing for a relaxing time. The hotel however provides hourly transportation to the railway for easy commute to attractions and getting around. It is within minutes of Haneda International Airport. The staff is courteous and accommodating. They are very concerned with your wellbeing and comfort."
