I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. When we showed up to the hotel at about 11:15pm, the person at the front desk told me that they no longer work with Expedia and that they were full.
