Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property unless pre-approved by the host.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor living areas. Enjoy full use of the private pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, fire pit, game areas, covered patio, yard, and parking spaces.
Guests will also have access to beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, board games, pool table, karaoke speaker, and other amenities provided for their enjoyment.
Any locked storage, maintenance, utility, or owner's closets are reserved for property operations and are not accessible to guests.

Pets:
Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs. maximum each) are welcome with a pet fee.
Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from pets.

Safety Features:
Exterior security cameras monitor the property's entrances, parking, and outdoor areas for security purposes.
Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit are provided.

Pool & Outdoor Areas:
Children must be always supervised around the pool.
No diving is permitted.
Please rinse off sand using the outdoor showers before entering the pool.
The fire pit must be fully extinguished after use.
Please close propane tanks after using the outdoor kitchen or grill.
The beach access gate should remain closed when not in use.

House Care:
Please help conserve energy by turning off air conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving the property.
Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning.
Do not flush paper products, wipes, or other items in the toilets.
Please use cookware intended for each kitchen area as indicated.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

Property Amenities:
Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, games, karaoke speaker, pool table, and other amenities are provided for guest enjoyment and should remain on the property.
The basketball hoop, swings, and recreational equipment should be used responsibly and under adult supervision.

Island Living:
The property is equipped with a whole-house backup generator and water reserve system to help ensure comfort during occasional utility interruptions.
As with many tropical destinations, guests may encounter insects and wildlife despite regular pest control treatments.
