The property was fine. Good location. We had problems with the guests next door who didn't respect the loud music rules all first night. We didn't sleep. There are no staff at night.

The room is good. But the sofá was broken in the middle. The micro does not work. We never see the staff. Only the janitor the first day. The manager was rude by the phone. Needs a lot a work on that. The place is beautiful. It has a good pool. The Beach is nice but not recommendet for toddler.

This place canceled my reservation a day prior check-in after it had been “confirmed” for over 1 month. They shouldn’t be listed nor associated with Expedia. If you must stay at their place call them directly.

It was very nice experience all the place just for us. We thought that we miss the last day because we're worry to check out early but we never ask for late checkout. Was clean and quiet exactly what we looking for.

Drove 2.5 hr just to find my Booking was cancelled by hotel with out no advance notice.my mini vacation was ruined by irresponsible lady who gave us options to call but never herself made an actual reservation on are behalf knowing she had cancelled are reservations and this weekend was fully booked weekend.you can't trust this hotel with your legit reservation...hotel manager has F in customer service

Moldy, rundown units.

Upon entering the unit the musty smell hits you.There were tiny roaches everywhere. I had my full body mosquito tent, so I was prepared. The tiny roaches were even inside the fridge. But was not planning to be inside for anything but sleeping. On the second night the airconditioner started making a horrible noise, woke me up. Had noise cancelling headphones which helped me sleep, but the noise was so loud I could still hear it some. In the morning I called and told them about the air conditioner. I asked if they could move me to another unit. They assured me someone will come fix the air conditioner. I called during the day while in and out of the unit and they continued to say someone will come. Came back to sleep and the air conditioner was not fixed. I asked for a refund for my last night cause between the noise and the mold and the roaches I was done. They told me to contact Expedia.Expedia tried to get them to refund me a night but they refused. I still left cause the air conditioner was basically screaming and spitting moldy water at me. You have to physically open and close the main gate to drive in, it is not locked. No toiletries at all and some towels were stained. No security or staff to be found anywhere on campus. The grounds are pretty, the pool is nice, needs maintenance. The beach is not an appropriate area for a beach day. I'm native to the island,so I know. You definitely need a car, nothing really around. Not even doordash.

Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar y el personal que nos ayudó. De igual forma la atención a los cambios que solicitamos. Caben cómodos, en algunos cuartos, más de 4 personas porque tienen un sofá cama. Tiene acceso a la playa.
