"Persephae house is a wonderfully restored villa in the hills overlooking Ierapetra. Every comfort is provided. It is large and comfortable, full of interesting furnishings. It is not at all surprising that the owner is a restoration architect! We were at first a bit intimidated by the tricky drive to the village on Anatoli but then spent a day admiring the many restorations in the village. In the end, we would have liked to stay longer than our short 3 days."

"We had telephoned the booking company and specifically said we had to be able to take our pet dogs and they needed to be allowed inside with us. We were told absolutely the hosue was pet friendly. When we arrived after. 4 hour journey we were told by the owner she would have said no but because we had paid they could stay but on,y on their beds inside.
