"The location was great, the room was clean, but the WC was the tiniest we have ever experienced on our travels all around the world. The kitchen did not work so we could not manage to prepare a basic breakfast. So the room price was, mildly put, far too high."

The landlord/receptionist did not even have a desk so we had to wait outside before we could enter the so-called hotel, which turned out to be a very small apartment with tiny rooms. The racism that we faced yesterday night (my cousins and I) was immense. We did not feel safe at all in the apartment. "This is the best place to stay in Salamanca for the price. It's reasonably priced and having a kitchen is a big plus. I recommend this place highly. Anuncia the front desk receptionist was excellent! She was so helpful. I stayed for a week while I was going to a Spanish language school. It was within walking distance to the school. The location is quiet but has enough restaurants nearby. The staff is great and everyone so helpful. "

Great service - great location

"The staff were wonderful. Aixa at the front desk greeted me when I arrived. She was consistently warm and welcoming throughout my stay. She made me feel at home during my stay. One day I was headed out for a few minutes. She told me it was raining outside and offered me an umbrella, so I wouldn’t have to go back up to my room and get mine. The other staff in the breakfast room and front desk were equally welcoming. The location was AMAZING - twenty five minute walk to the train station in the heart of the historic district. Loved my stay. "
