Welcome to the Magnetic North Inn! This home is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the Anchorage International Airport and a mere 3-minute drive from the famous Anchorage Tony Knowles Coastal Trail—an eleven-mile trail that offers excellent access for running & biking.

This duplex has a split-level design with exclusive access to one side of the property. A convenient 2-car garage is available on-site (for shorter vehicles only) and driveway for larger vehicles, providing ample parking space. There is also a back porch and backyard with a grill area—perfect for an outdoor gathering.

Good rental in an anchorage
Our stay was very nice. Very clean and accommodating. The host had everything stocked even water and coffee along with popcorn and snacks. There were 8 of us and we all have good things to say about the inside of the house. The outside looked a little rough, but the inside was very nice. We would stay there again.
