Staff was lovely. Location was great! Awesome restaurants and shopping right in town. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too! Would stay again!

This is an amazing place to stay in Anchorage. The location was great for walking to meals and drinks, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Will definately be staying again.

Quaint historic stay with an actual key for our room. Ok breakfast, but enough to start our day. The waffle maker was out of order. The shower curtain was musty and some wall stains. Pricey for just a place to sleep, but this area is high everywhere. I like the history.

Wonderful place

Old hotel but nicely remodeled. Nice to have a breakfast buffet, has an old bar that is closed down but is nice to sit in if you want to not be in your room the entire time

Downtown location was fantastic. Many stores, parks, dining and other activities within walking distance. This made the experience amazing! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations for things to do. Keep up the fantastic job

Had a great stay. Most of the staff were fantastic. There was an older lady there (bob haircut) that could be quite rude. Made inappropriate comments. Didn’t bother us the other staff members made up for it. Hotel is well kept and in a great location.

It was all good. The heat is centrally controlled so the room was too warm for sleeping. I called the front desk and they turned it off. Was fine after that.

The location was great. It’s was very old and unique. Loved our room. I booked this for a Wednesday and noticed I needed it Tuesday. They wouldn’t let me switch. Charged me $200 more to switch to 1 night before. Other negative was parking. We couldn’t unload luggage. So we parked in the lot next door. Checked in and unloaded went back out to move our car. Had a $25 parking ticket !!! I know it’s not on the hotel… but ideally getting stuff in sucked. The staff lady sucked. But hotel was nice and location.
