Welcome to a Studio at the historic Lousac Building—a beautifully updated downtown Anchorage gem that blends modern convenience with vintage charm. Professionally managed by Casa Rentals, you'll enjoy a hassle-free stay with top-tier service!
The Space:
This well-located studio unit offers a comfortable and flexible stay in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the space includes a queen bed and a full sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small groups, or business travelers.
The unit features high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a functional layout suited for both short and extended stays. Located on the third floor of a secure building, guests will enjoy added peace of mind along with a quiet, private setting above street level.
On-site laundry is available in the building for a fee. Parking is not included, but paid street parking, the nearby Diamond Parking Lot, and surrounding garages are all readily accessible.
Situated right in the middle of downtown, this studio offers excellent walkability to the train depot, convention centers, art galleries, fine dining, tourist shops, and common pickup/drop-off points for day tours and excursions—making it an ideal home base for exploring Anchorage.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the unit. The main building has a shared entry with smart locking system. Building laundry with coin or CC is located on the basement level of the building. Unique door code to your unit so every guest feels safe and secure during their stay!

Unit 12 is nestled in the heart of Downtown Anchorage, one of the city’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. Step outside the historic Lousac Building and you’re just minutes from Anchorage’s top attractions—including the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, Anchorage Museum, and Town Square Park. The area offers a unique blend of urban charm and Alaskan adventure, where you can explore local art galleries, coffee shops, brewpubs, and boutique stores—all within a few blocks.
Whether you're here for work or leisure, this central location puts you close to the best of Anchorage:

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option. If you plan to explore beyond downtown or visit surrounding areas, renting a car is recommended. The airport, hospitals, and major roadways are all a short drive away, making this a convenient location for both work and leisure travel.
Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold(not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
