This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a King bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories.

If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.


One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!


Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

Great experience - would stay here again

Other than the toilet needing repair (we had to be very careful not to overflow it), this place was great! Everything that we needed for a week-long stay was provided. The security made us feel safe at night (the neighborhood seemed safe but the extra security was appreciated). Would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

This unit is a small apartment close to the airport, it has everything we needed for our two month stay working at the airport, close enough to bike to and from lake hood.

We had a hard time with lockbox but we were all older so operator error rather than facility. The condo was perfect- clean, safe, convenient. The beds were comfortable an̈d the bathroom had toiletries and the washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets. Craig was very responsive and the cleaner and maintenance man were also very personable. Wed stay there again.

Close to airport

The property is close to the airport and in the heart of Anchorage. There is a park near by but no outdoor space for the apartment. The house was very clean and a great space. Kitchen doesn’t have anything extra but enough to make your stay functional. We had great weather and a great stay. The internet you have to pay extra for, so download any movies prior to your trip, if you want to watch movies during your stay.

Clean Safe Convenient

Thank you, Craig,for our nice stay. Our family arrived 4 days early for our cruise. This home was easy for Uber drivers to find and it was close to airport and the float planes (10 minutes). We walked for dinner one night to a Korean restaurant (7-8 blocks) and the Rustic Goat (4-5 blocks). We were a short Uber (10 minutes) ride to the train station and downtown and craft beers, Craig was easy to deal with, he was kind enough to bring us a pack n play for my grandson. TV and internet worked great, but didn't use much. Nice park at end of street. Kitchen worked well, appreciated the coffee in the am.

Decent little apartment

Best friend & I stayed at this apartment for a short visit with very short notice. Overall it wasn’t too bad. The lack of internet available was annoying, but the place was clean. The kitchen could have been stocked better with cookware & utensils, but we made do. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest as there were hookers on the corner at night & easily discernible drug deals going down nearby as well. We didn’t have our kids with us so we weren’t concerned with the area. If you’re looking for a fairly quiet & clean place to stay it’ll do the trick.

Great place!

I was part of a women's pond hockey team that traveled from Homer to play in a pond hockey tournament in Anchorage. It was super fun to have all 5 of us stay together and be able to eat meals at home. The neighborhood is a little "fringe" but it is super close to a lot of great places. The rustic goat is walking distance, and it is just 2 minutes from all the spenard and northern lights hot spots. A+ on location. Also, the place has space! super nice bedrooms - we all slept well - very quiet - couldn't hear any neighbors. plenty of parking. owner was REALLY great and communicative -let us check out according to our hockey schedule, which is really nice - he/she was easily contactable and answered any questions we had right away. all and all a great play to stay.

Really nice condo, just had first day mix up

Hi All - our condo stay was really nice. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer, cooking utensils during our stay here. Unfortunately, we did experience a major issue the first day. The combination did not work at all. Our flight arrived at 1 am, so we did pay for an extra day so we can come in and sleep straight away. However, we didn't get to sleep until a couple of hours after we got to the condo. Although, Craig was extremely responsive (even at that time!), we ran into another issue: the condo was uncleaned! The beds were unmade, and towels were dirty. We were so exhausted, that we actually thought about sleeping there anyway. However, we let Craig know right away and he took care of it. He had us go upstairs (no elevator) to a slighter upgraded condo unit. It was great, but it was a pain to haul all of our luggage upstairs (and we had two seniors and two young children with us, so that made it all the more challenging). We couldn't settle in though, as we were going back downstairs after the cleaning. Other than the first day snafu, our experience there was pleasant. It was just very unfortunate that we had the issue on our first day and thus had a later start to our vacation.
