"We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's location is right on Ship Creek and it was great watching all the fishermen in the creek and walking the path behind the hotel. Our room was great. It is close to the Alaska Railroad and a mile from downtown. The hotel shuttle service was an excellent amenity. The included breakfast was one of the best we've had in this level of hotel."

"I stayed here before my tour and after. It is not in the best location but the staff is very friendly and I slept well. The airport shuttle is a great perk and very dependable."

"Biggest complaint would be the lack of 24 hour coffee and hot water station. IF the bar was open, you would have to wait for the bartender and if the bar was closed you have to interrupt the desk clerk to get you hot water or coffee. "

It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids in tow. Thank you!"
