"The property itself is a really good standard. The pools are amazing and the grounds are kept in really good condition. However for us it was completely undone by the poor level of service we received.
We you arrive you have to check yourself in and scan your passports using an app. For us this was while three reception staff stood and watched me struggle while holding my three year old daughter and sniggered, they then said you are bed and breakfast go to room with no information about the hotel itself.
Next was the restaurant, three different staff being unable to give any information about the restaurant or prices and being redirected back to reception
Buffet food itself was okay, lots of choice and all well prepared, however you’d expect that when you get charged 145 euros for two adults (we were not charged for our three year old)
Also rooms are advertised as sound proofed, but don’t be fooled, however fresh and clean they were, they weren’t enough to only be able to sleep after 11pm.
When we complained the guest relations services said sorry but there was a wedding on what do you expect. No offer of compensation, just an email from the manager (who didn’t want to speak to us before we left the next morning) email just said sorry, thanks for your feedback we will look into putting guests elsewhere next time.
