"Room was cleaned and spacious. Outside of the property requires upgrading - not matching the photos as advertised. Breakfast was ok as there were not many varieties."

"One night stay. Lovely hotel very centrally located within the walled castle. Great breakfast. Streets are narrow and parking can be a challenge"

"Clean room, well maintained property, friendly staff and walkable to town centre."

"A beautiful residence, charming & modern with an extra sense of privacy and peace. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast unexpectedly delicious and rooms clean and comfortable."

"Would have liked to have in room coffee. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. We had the lake view room. Can be a noisy street so even though it looks out to the lake it’s not a quiet view."

"Dårlige parkerings muligheder"

"The hotel at first glance looks very pretty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are there to visit Ioannina ( which I highly recommend) like we were, you will be very far from the action as the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants around. The room we had was really spacious, but the bathroom needed a serious upgrade. Unless you like dessert for breakfast, the breakfast was cold and not very elaborate. So in summary, look closer to Ioannina."

"Our room was spacious, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning and heating worked well. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The hotel’s restaurant was also very good. There is a private car park nearby and the hotel has a shuttle for guests between the car park and the hotel."

"This property is excellent and simple to navigate around town. I enjoyed the space so much the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Breakfast was excellent and the staff excellenr. Very knowledgeable of the area. Great Central locaton. The owner speaks excellent English. No parking on site but I had no trouble finding a free spot at the nearby Municipal lot."

"Magnifique hôtel et bien situé"

"It is ok property for 3 star hotel, old but clean inside. Great staff"

"This was a fabulous place. Amazing location, lovely garden to sit in and perfect room and facilities. Would defo return here"

"Long walk to city centre if you don’t have a car, definitely not 900 metres as advertised. Breakfast was not provided as advertised. We were provided a mop to clean up the flood of water from the shower leak, bathroom became a swimming pool every time someone had a shower. High risk of slipping. Shower recess small for average size adult. Coffee making facilities not available in room. Well below average accomodation/stay."
