"Ali, the owner,is very helpful and does,whatever he can. The relation of price-/performance-ration is excellent indeed! "Das hillside ist ein sauberes aparthotel. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit gewesen, wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, wenn man dem Personal bescheid gibt am nächsten Tag. Dann lässt man den zimmerschlüssel da und die zimmer werden gereinigt.aber wenn man mal selber saugen möchte kann man auch um den staubsauger bitten und selbst kurz durchsaugen. "Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. Instead, they sent someone to put insect poison in our room, and he put the poison everywhere, including on our bags and our clothes. The room smelt like poison and we would breathe it. I immeditally contacted expedia support, cancelled this reservation, and left the hotel. If only they listened to me, and...
