"This property was perfect for our family! Steps from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. A hidden gem, Albas Pizza, is steps away if you wanted to have a quiet dinner at home which is what we did one night. It was amazing to have laundry there to do some quick loads during our stay. Having an umbrella and chairs was amazing. We felt like locals and we loved that! "

We did keep hitting our heads on the ceiling because of the slant. "This little gem tucked away behind palms is a great option to overpriced hotel rooms. The pool was immaculate along with the rooms. We are definitely coming back. Management was on point with correspondence when communicating with them. 10 out of 10"

"Pros: Location, cute beach aesthetic, and the amenities. The water pressure is enviable! The main bedroom bed is firm but comfortable and the sheets were soft. Three teens slept comfortably enough on the fold-outs in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows for all. Correctable Cons: The main bedroom's wall unit AC contains mold/mildew. "Everything was ready for a great vacation! The property was super clean and super cute. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the off the street parking. We really appreciated the new beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. So thoughtful for those of us who arrive via the airport. Within walking distance to great restaurants (definitely try Crabby's Hideaway) and on the quiet end of the beach away from hotels and stores. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!"

"We really enjoyed this property! It was like being in a tropical garden. We stayed in the Mermaid Cottage for our 30th anniversary. Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly."

"You can't beat the location of this unit. The views are completely amazing. It was clean and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation from beach chairs and umbrellas to a stocked kitchen ( if you're one of those crazy people that cook on vacation). "When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV."

We were able to spend more time with our family staying here over a hotel room. I was happy to find shampoo/conditioner and soap in each shower and beach towels for our use. "Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future."
