"The place was clean and comfortable however I felt like the pictures of the area were misleading. The inn is right in the middle of a residential area with a view of a kids ball field. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked half the night. The location was extremely convenient to the bioluminescent boat tour as we could just walk there. It was also walkable to a fishing village with some bars and restaurants. We only booked for the night due to a late boat tour so we only needed a place to sleep but I don’t know that I would’ve booked an extended stay. "

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell because she couldn't see where the path had zig-zagged. But we enjoyed the pool even though it was so dark. The grounds are lovely and there is a nice tranquil vibe. You can really hear the coqui at night. The restaurant was kinda expensive for us. We got 2 drinks and 2 desserts and it was $50. But overall it was a great stay!"
