"Overnight stay enroute back to the uk, a little tricky to find, due to reliance on vehicle gps. Slight issues with checking in, due to some problems with Expedia system but no real problem. Bedroom amazing, so elegant. Host recommended a local restaurant for evening meal which didn’t disappoint. Great breakfast with Home made jams and cake. Enjoyed our stay."

"A very lovely hotel with designer led rooms and a lovely outdoor pool and garden areas Our room was very recently renovated and was excellent with a great bed and a good sleep was had. Easy secure parking at rear of hotel You get asked if you would like to have dinner on arrival but please check the menu suits you first before committing. It is a well respected Michelin dining experience and there was nothing we fancied on the menu There is no bar or room menu available We declined as we had...

"Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential."
