"We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!"

"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

"This house is perfect for large families! I’ve never seen so many beds in one house. Like someone else mentioned the driveway is a little Intimidating! It’s straight up and down! Also if you’re traveling with elderly folks they probably won’t be able to get down to the lake. My dad’s knees couldn’t do it .. but he loved the view just the same. "The property is an older A-frame home. There are 3 levels. Kitchen has been completely remodeled. It is on the lake, has a private dock and a very nice pontoon boat that can be rented."

"Awesome house. Plenty of parking. Close to university and plenty of restaurants. Neighborhood great for walking and just sitting outside. Owner had snacks and coffee available which is always so nice .. wish we would have found this gem earlier in our time while our son was at university."

"This was a great place for us to stay while attending our grandsons' baseball tournament. The house was exceptionally clean and even though it was in a county park with boat ramp access, it was very quiet. The house is a modular home with very nice, practical furnishings.
