"Poor customer service; worst staff ever; small room; far away from the center of El Poblado (25 minutes walk); over-rated; over-priced for their service and location. It's not worth to spend your money at Heiss Hotel when there are so many nice hotels at El Poblado. All in all, not recommended if you want quality and good location. "

"Very friendly front desk staff. Check-in was smooth and easy. I booked a different style room this time and I was very impressed. Only one small issue was the refrigerator wasn't very cold. I didn’t complain because it was good enough. Super clean room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. AC cooled the room quickly. I will definitely stay there again my next visit. Two visits in April were 5 stars. Loved it there. Thank you!"
