"Is not a bad place it just need some fixing. The fist thing this is the second time I stay the first was in the RV. About the RV was not clean and ready at the time of the check in, the stove don't work to good and the little oven take forever to heat. most Vrbo that I stay have everything in the kitchen this was was not good equipment. "This is a huge rip off.. they did not tell how many remotes are there in the apartment and after we left claimed that the remote was missing. They charged a lump sum amount for fixing a clogged toilet as well as waste disposal. NEVER RENT THIS PLACE!!!!"

"When I checked in there was a “slight hiccup”; but Tony immediately called and corrected the situation. Great customer service and great location. Unit was nicely designed and the kitchen was equipped well. Extremely clean, bed was very comfortable. Nice view from the lanai and located close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. I’m an older woman who felt very safe while visiting this location. I highly recommend this unit and would rent again in the future."

"We had a great stay in this beautiful second floor apartment. Location was perfect for our trip to see the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Downtown Florence has cute shops for unique gifts, a nice restaurant, and a fun bar with good food. There is a little market for your groceries, a coffee shop/tap house, and an eclectic antique shop, all walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the whole family. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. Stairs...

"When we arrived Patti met us and provided us with a wonderful welcome letter with rules and a little family history. She’s an amazing host who is extremely thoughtful! We were welcomed with some snacks and beverages. When you have kiddos you know how important those are 😁 During our stay we saw so many deer, spent time with the horses and roamed her beautiful property. So many bluebonnets! We had a family picnic and the weather was so nice, it was amazing. We highly recommend staying at this...

"Spacious comfortable living room and bedroom. Small but adequate bathroom and kitchen space. Located on large wooded grounds with plenty of free roaming deer. Horses share the stable next to the apartment and were surprisingly quiet stable mates! Host Patti lives on grounds and is very responsive with texting."

"We were in town for a long weekend for a Bachelor party with a group of 12 and had the best time at the house. The pool and outside space exceeded expectations. The kitchen/dining/living space was also a great place for the large group to hang out. The hosts were great and always responded quickly to any questions."
