"My family and I came to this hotel and the very first person we met at the front desk was an older man. He continued to ignore me and instead assist the French person behind me. The customer said to the man working the front “the woman was first and I think she has a question”. He asked me what I need didn’t even look at me and so I asked for water. "We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!! "
